About Me

I am a multiply neurodivergent (diagnosed Autistic and ADHD) counsellor and rewind trauma therapist working with adults aged 18+. I am home education, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming.

Sessions are available online via Google Meet. I have clients across the United Kingdom and abroad. If you are overseas then the capacity in which I can work with you will depend on your country’s laws; please contact me to discuss this.

I am professionally accredited by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS); ICO registered; and hold insurance and a DBS check.

My formal qualifications include:

» Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Practice in Education Settings (University of Exeter)

» MSc Psychology (Manchester Metropolitan University)

I undertake regular CPD courses and training, particularly focused on Autistic and ADHD experiences and identity; and neurodiversity and neurodivergence. I hold a certificate in Rewind Trauma Therapy from the International Association of Rewind Trauma Therapy.
